Same founder, same standards, same review on the way out. A company joins the group when it can hold that line, not when the name is available.

All four sit around short-form video. Arc and Media do the client work, Cast is where the people who do that work come from, and Shop is what the group puts its name on.
Work moves between them
An editor who proves themselves in Cast can end up on an Arc or Media account. The pipeline is the reason the four exist together instead of separately.
